Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her degree from the college she attended. In the month of October, 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for her Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving into work out sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
